ABSTRACT
The human failure probability in operator actions are evaluated applying Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) methodologies as part of Probabilistic Risk Analysis (PRA) developed for nuclear power plants in many countries. Often results from the HRA help to identify improvements needed to reduce human errors as well as to decrease operator response times.
