ABSTRACT
The problem of evaluating rotation capacity of steel beams and beam-columns can be analytically faced with reference to monotonic loading conditi ons, providing the limit values of the width-to-thickness ratios of plate elements constituting the member section which assure given values of plastic deformation capacity.
