ABSTRACT
Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFT) with built-in steel bars, compared with Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFT) structure, was proved having better excellent performance on fire-resisting. There are related provisions on fire-resisting for CFT with built-in steel bars in several codes already, like BS 5950 code, DIN code, Euro Code 4 and NBC code, etc.
