ABSTRACT
In the last years (Rossi and Lombardo, 2007), research has underlined that the seismic response of systems with eccentric bracings is often characterized by (1) concentration of plastic rotations in links of few stories and (2) high sensitivity to variations of the mechanical properties of steel and dynamic characteristics of the ground motion time history with respect to the design values.
