ABSTRACT

Computed parameters are: bending moment-reative rotation curves, lateral displacements at top level, rotations in RBS sections, pushover (base shear-lateral displacement) curves, story drifts, plastic collapse mechanisms and global and nodal ductility levels. The ductility levels are expressed through ductility coefficients computed as ratios between the values of kinematic parameters (displacements, rotations) associated with the starting of plasticization and (last) hinge formation leading to structural collapse (Gioncu & Mazzolani 1995).
