ABSTRACT
With development of structural engineering in the recent decades, design and construction of tall buildings have been concentrated by engineers seriously. In design of tall buildings, too many load cases must be considered. One of the important states of loading is lateral load due to wind blow or earthquake excitation. Hence, a tall building must have an appropriate lateral resistance.
