ABSTRACT
Figure 1 is the hierarchy of code description of ‘Geocode21’ and this is also applied to the code for earth structures.
The code consists of specification of performance requirements that achieve the objectives of structures, performance criteria that specify the guidelines to design specifically and verification of the performance. Two types of the verification methods are introduced.
