ABSTRACT
Ships are always at risk of encountering accidental loads during its service time, like collision, grounding, and dropped objects. Whenever these accidents happen, the residual strength of ship structure becomes a key issue. In this study, the residual strength of a damaged stiffened panel in the scope of the double bottom is investigated.
