ABSTRACT
In this paper we explore current practice and some new directions in knowledge networking for the water sector. We begin by listing some of the networks of various types that are already in operation. Subsequently, we provide the necessary background and definitions, review earlier research results, introduce a framework for analysis, and recommend further actions.
