ABSTRACT
SUMMARY: The purpose of this study was to incorporate an environmental aspect into the balanced scorecard (BSC). It provided a way of linking environmental objectives with sustainable development and business strategy. It filled a gap by linking environmental themes with other outlooks, as well as formulating an integrated environmental Scorecard. It showed how to incorporate an environmental viewpoint into the BSC organizational performance measures framework by providing a new way of linking green objectives with sustainable development in business strategy.
