ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The present work deals with the phenomenon of track-deck interaction in railway bridges. Following a brief description of the methodology of analysis and the safety checks established in the most recent European regulations on this matter (EN1991-2), an application is presented regarding the study of the bridge over the river Moros, a 476,0m long continuous deck bridge with a box type of cross section, designed to operate in the Segóvia –Valladolid high-speed railway line.
