ABSTRACT

Figure 17 shows the QCM frequency change after formation of each layer of a DNA/Mb film on a smooth MPS-Au electrode. The film was dried before each QCM reading. Frequency decreased linearly throughout film formation, indicating repeatable adsorption of the layers. From Eq. 2, the thickness of the film after deposition of 18 layers is 95 nm.
