ABSTRACT

The work of Sam B. Nadler, Jr. on hyperspaces is very extensive. A plausible list of all his results, even without proofs or details, would require an exposition far larger than this one. Instead of trying to be exhaustive we have selected the results or examples by Nadler and his coauthors that satisfy one of the following: (a) they are more interesting, (b) their ideas are deep but simple and can be explained in an expository paper, (c) they have originated lines of research followed by other authors.
