ABSTRACT
Aside from the described discovery profiling, chromatographic protein chips are very useful tools in the day-to-day routines of the industrial protein chemistry laboratory. They
can be used for expression monitoring and purification screening, as well as a simple identification tool at the end of a high-throughput purification process based on the same type of affinity chromatography.
