ABSTRACT
To effectively apply ADME-tox screening in drug discovery and development, one must increase the efficiency of the process as well as improve the quality of the
screen. Approaches below are directions which are being developed by practitioners in high-throughput screening and should improve efforts in this important discipline of drug discovery and development.
