ABSTRACT
One of the crucial purposes of neural network research is to clarify the mechanism of biological systems that can intricately adapt to changing environments, by constructing simple mathematical models. Also, as a consequence, many applications of neural networks are discussed in various engineering fields (see, for example, Ref. 1).
