ABSTRACT

Kuksis et al. (92) reported the detection and quantification of intact cholesteryl esters in total plasma lipid extract by GC/MS with positive chemical ionization. The GLC separations were obtained on a polarizable capillary column (OV-22, New Haven, CT) using the same chromatography conditions as those previously described for plasma total lipid profiling separation with polarizable capillary columns (87).
