Theorems 3.7-3.9 can be extended to the nonabelian case, using this definition, as shown by Ylinen in [76],[77]. For a summary of this and related material, see [78]. The key to much of this work is the operator-space point of view, namely the extension of Grothendieck's theorem due to Pisier [53] and Haagerup [23].
