ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: In the building performance analysis as developed at VTT, the characteristics of buildings are classified according to three main categories that are A) conformity, B) performance and C) cost and environmental properties. Each category has a hierarchy of indicators and their values.A software tool has been developed to support multicriteria decision-making from thewhole life costing perspective. Its database includes a number of preset definitions and performance levels as well as description of verification methods.
