ABSTRACT: Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) is one of the tools which is applied to realize sustainable development. With LCCA in an early phase of the building process, appropriate materials, design andmethods can be chosen to assure economic, social and environmentalbenefits over the whole life-cycle.
