ABSTRACT
With the evolution of the World Wide Web, the end user is becoming more Web-informed and therefore more sophisticated in its use. More and more corporate officers are becoming the end users of data warehouses. Learning complicated online analytical processing (OLAP) tools is no
longer acceptable. A “Web-like” access tool requires little or no training and therefore becomes time-effective and cost-efficient.
