ABSTRACT
Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome may be associated with visceral involvement in up to 20% of patients. The real incidence of this involvement is not well known because a large part of this involvement is asymptomatic so that it cannot be easily recognized. There is no therapeutic indication in asymptomatic patients.
