ABSTRACT
Oral cancer is a major health burden all over the world due to a wide array of carcinogenic factors like tobacco, alcohol and poor oro-dental hygiene. The management of oral cancers is based on location, dimensions, status of neck metastasis and involvement of lower alveolus, mandible, floor of mouth and upper alveolus. This chapter discusses the various surgical management methods of oral cancers.
