ABSTRACT
The most important aspect that permits one to regard this aim as realistic is the fact that it has already been achieved in a number of countries and, thus, it is not a communism-like utopia. Of course, each country has its specifics and Russia has its specifics raised to power two, if I may say so. Nobody in his or her senses suggests blind copying.
