ABSTRACT
A conference on the “Quality and Resource-saving Technology in Rubber Industry” was held in Yaroslavl from 16–20 September 1992. Despite the very large volume of these goods produced their very low quality makes them uncompetitive with those abroad. The properties of thermoplastic rubbers based on various rubber-thermoplast compositions were described by A. A. Dontsov. The first Workshop on Stability of Materials under Exploitation was held on November 18–22, 1991 in Moszhenka. The Workshop was held on December 7, 1992 in Moscow and organized by the “Polysert” Centre of Institute of Chemical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences ogether with Russian House of Knowledge, Moscow Institute of Aviation Technology and “Plastic” State Company. The First All-Union Scientific and Technological Conference on polymeric materials and technological processing them into goods were held at the All-Union Research Institute of Inter-sectoral Information from 26 to 28 November 1991.
