ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to see the extent of the effectiveness of work placements and workload to improve companion performance. The study also wanted to see the extent of the effect of workload on performance Program Keluarga Harapan companion. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was using saturated sampling, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 310 people. The study also used the help of SPSS 24 software to process questionnaire data. Meanwhile, the analysis of the study used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, partial testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work placement and workload had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Program Keluarga Harapan companion in Bandung Regency. This means that the higher the work placement and the low workload will increase performance of Program Keluarga Harapan companion.
