ABSTRACT

In 2017, Telkomsel implemented Go Beyond training for its employees. Training feedback shows that there were employees who refused to recommend that training be conducted again. Telkomsel’s revenue growth has declined since 2016. The purpose of this research is to review Go Beyond training and its impact on the performance of employees in Telkomsel West Java. This study used a questionnaire from 110 employees. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. It was found that content of training, training methods, and training facilities had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Training duration had a negative and not significant influence on employee performance, and instructor attitude and skill had a negative and significant influence on employee performance. The conclusion obtained in this study is that companies need to maintain training content, training methods, and training facilities. Then, they need to make improvements for training duration, and instructor attitudes and skills.
