ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the effect of green product innovation and green product advantage on green batik small and medium-sized enterprises’ (SMEs) performance in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. The researchers collected information from 200 managers or owners of batik SMEs in Bantul. This research used purposive sampling methods to collecting the data. The results of this study showed that green product innovation had a significant positive effect on green product advantage and green SMEs performance. Furthermore, the green product advantage had a mediating effect on green product innovation and green SMEs performance.
