ABSTRACT

Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is a powerful judgement tool for complicated domains where the selection of optimal alternative is difficult. Multi-criteria effective decision-making theory and practice are examined in depth by this overview work. Identifying and recommending the most robust and successful ways for identifying the greatest alternatives is the primary goal. An issue in fuzzy MCDM procedures is also addressed in this survey investigation. More and more organisations are using multi-factor analysis to make better decisions in various areas. If numerous criteria have emerged, the best alternative may be found by assessing the scope and weights of the criteria and selecting the optimum ones using any MCDM methodology. The MCDM method helps to find best alternatives where many criteria have emerged. FMCDM methodologies and applications are examined in this detailed examination.
