ABSTRACT
Protean career concept (PCC) literature was previously divided into two main categories generally and strictly related to theoretical and methodological views. This study intended to present several important themes in PCC research in both empirical and literature reviews. This research also adapted the theoretical perspective on which the PCC theory is based and how the future agenda examines causes and related outcomes to form a comprehensive framework. Finally, this study provided a complete conceptual explanation of PCC in the current dynamic environment.
