ABSTRACT

Social media usage is a major part of today's world, where people's thoughts, views, general opinions, and remote-resource interactions are frequently executed from anywhere. Many social networks are available on the Internet and used by many people; using the social network results in advantages and disadvantages. Generally, the disadvantages focus with fraud analysis, security analysis, and addiction to the social network (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). This chapter focuses on the major issue of young adults' addiction to social media networking. The proposed usage analysis and negotiable (UAN) approach will analyze the usage of young-age adults in the age category of 18–35 of any particular social media network. Based on the age criteria usage analysis the UAN system will rate the user's view analysis, interested domain, posting of comments, and sharing contents. This rating can be executed with the user interested test rate (UITR) analysis algorithm. By viewing the final information rate report the user can decide to use the social media network following the positive observations. The advantage of the proposed approach will increase the awareness of the young adults so that they can make use of social networking in a good way.
