ABSTRACT

In terms of public entrepreneurship, innovation has become a national slogan. Various types of incubators emerge rapidly. How to let incubators play the greatest function for enterprises is the purpose of the present study. This study explores the feasibility of self-built incubators in enterprises with an aim to help enterprises to retain talents and to innovate successfully. The incubator in a successful enterprise must have following characteristics: encouragement of innovation, tolerance of mistakes, innovative organizational structure, human resources policy, flexible use of funds, fair evaluation system, and flexible use of resources. The present research proposed that active exchanges with foreign universities or research institutions and recruiting professional foreign talents can effectively improve the quality of enterprises incubators.
