ABSTRACT
From firstly giving the first description of CSF rhinorrhea in 1899, this chapter takes us through the different approaches and materials used historically for the repair of CSF leaks; it also provides some anecdotal forms of treatment that have been tried, along with the most recent endoscopic approaches.
