ABSTRACT

CSF rhinorrhea may be the only presenting symptom in genetic disorders and hence a thorough diagnosis may be needed to find out the underlying cause of such disorders. Manifestations in Morning glory syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Marfan syndrome, craniofacial dysostoses, Albers-Schönberg disease, and various connective tissue disorders are presented here. Treating the underlying cause is primordial for the symptomatic improvement and further management of CSF leak.
