ABSTRACT

Development process influences the overall advancement of the property market, which is reflected also in the proper operation of the financial sector. Uncontrolled development of the property market may have a negative impact on a country´s finance sector, but also the economics in general. It is, therefore, necessary that the management of the development process includes such methods as finance controlling, and others that enable substantial elimination of risks of the given process. The present paper is therefore aimed to justify the employment of the Indicators of profitability in the building enterprise.
