ABSTRACT

The formalised approach is developed to analyse biomedical signals and images with locally concentrated features on the basis of matched morphological filtering, which take into account the models of the useful signal. The morphological matching coefficient and the morphological similarity coefficient are offered, which are used for the matched morphological filtration. The adaptation of the proposed matched morphological filter is performed to solve different problems of digital processing and analysis of biomedical signals and images with locally concentrated features.
