ABSTRACT

A tremor is one of the most widely motor disorders in neurology practice. Difficulties in clinical diagnosis of tremor are due to the existence of many different types and uniform manifestation of tremor at different levels pathogenic mechanisms of the nervousmuscle system. Using system approach on the basis of classification and instrumental registration tremor parameters can improve clinical diagnosis. Development of virtual training system could help tremor prevention by regular execution of a number of specialized tests on the graphic and touchscreen tablets. Additionally for objective measurement parameters of tremor was developed special software that include connection of webcam for registration hand movements.
