ABSTRACT
In paper improve the results received for improvement of surgical treatment of patients with occlusive diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities by stimulating the development of collateral blood circulation. The task is to study the results of ROT operation in patients with occlusive diseases of the lower extremities in the cases when to perform the reconstructive operations on the lower limb arteries is not possible, and to assess the state of regional blood circulation before and after surgical intervention.
