ABSTRACT
The proposed new frequency-selective model of cardiac defibrillation, including a bandpass filter and a voltage threshold element, which differs from the Noble model by a significantly smaller number of used parameters and also takes into account the energy criterion of myocardial stimulation. On the basis of the model, the analysis of the comparative effectiveness of various defibrillation pulses is performed and their optimal duration is determined.
