ABSTRACT

3D modeling of anatomical structures has become irreplaceable during the medical diagnosis process. It allows you to assess the individual features of a given structure and determine the characteristics of its surface. The paper presents 3D visualization methods of white and gray brain matter segmented from T1 and T2-weighted magnetic resonance images. The modeling process was carried out in the Matlab software. Analysis of the obtained 3D structures can determine which of the segmentation methods well prepared the data to create the all model.
