ABSTRACT

This study discusses the problem of food waste, clarifying the long-standing waste of food resources and improper treatment of agriculture; exploring cross-disciplinary and design thinking to promote a friendly natural environment, environmentally friendly life, sustainable resources, and organic waste recycling. Juxtaposition of various product design solutions can convert food waste into sustainable energy. Finally, from the case and strategy, this study evaluates the product vision that balances the circular economy and sustainable development of the economy and the environment.
