ABSTRACT

Artificial intelligence algorithms have paved the way for a multitude of applications, and the use of hybrids algorithms is increasing in the field of chemistry. In chemistry the task is often to assign objects to certain categories or to predict the characteristics of objects. This algorithms and their potential applications for classification, modelling, association, and mapping are as diverse as the capabilities are varied. This paper presents a hybrid algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm combined with a Tabu Search Algorithm used to designee copolymers with imposed properties.
