The Symposium on ‘Industrial and Environmental Case Studies’ includes research works pertaining to at least one of the following domains: (I) Industrial Operation / Process, (E) Environmental Impact, (M) Modelling/Simulation, (D) Data / Information Processing - AI System. The kind of colligation is quoted in the simplified ontological Table shown below. As the first two domains refer to content, the semantic links are mainly of the is-a or has-a type; as the last two domains refer to methodology, the semantic link is-examined-by (means of a) dominates.
