ABSTRACT
In the foreseeable future, many surrounding computers in our life help us easy to use the computers and networks. And many mobile devices will be used in pervasive computing environment. However mobile devices have only limited resources for mobility. Cyber Foraging is the research of overcoming the problem of mobile devices. In Cyber Foraging, public computers called surrogates help the mobile device to overcome their limited resources problem, but there is no consideration of the load balancing for surrogates. In this paper, we propose the load balancing algorithm which is adapted to surrogates of different capability in Cyber Foraging.
