ABSTRACT
Motion of charged dislocations in II-VI compounds is followed by a significant disturbance of the thermal equilibrium in electronic subsystems of crystals. Numerous experimental results and theoretical calculations confirm the existence of this disturbance during macroscopic plastic deformation.
