ABSTRACT
Dislocation motions in high purity Nb are studied by internal friction technique. Breakaway phenomena is utilized to detect the intrinsic dislocation motions. The mechanism of dislocation motions and the dislocation pinnings due to hydrogen at low temperatures are discussed.
