ABSTRACT
Segregation kinetics of impurity atoms on to dislocations in followed by computer simulation and the results are compared with experimental observations for impurity oxygen in silicon crystals. Atomic structure and electrical effect of oxygen agglomerations on dislocations are also investigated.
