ABSTRACT

In the present paper the use of the computational experiment based on the trajectories method by the modelling of the spraying material particles behaviour is discussed. Essential flow inhomogeneities in the anodenozzle region were taken into account. The computational experiment included a large number of the different size particles injected into the plasma stream at the certain points of the injector outlet section at different rates calculated by modelling the particles movement in the powder pipe. The calculated results of the powder particles aggregate state and their comparison with the results of the previous experiments are presented.
