ABSTRACT

The last stage of the interaction begins with the aggregate state change by micromelt crystallization during the first and following monolayers formation. It is characterized by solid-phase interaction with structure units – the result of deformation, spreading and crystallization of particles – both on layers interface and in the pores space. Different structures are explained by technological spraying scheme. Compared with two first stages the more significant duration and stability are typical for this one.

It should be noted that the crystallization of a part of material particles occurs in the carrier gas flow yet. Are these particles lost they can be neglected. Sometimes they are fixed however in the layer. In such a case hard material-gas interaction takes place partially in the flow and is finished in the layer.
