ABSTRACT
The plasma-chemical system based on the plasma jet, generated inside of the nozzle drilled through the RF electrode is described. Effect of the gas mixing geometry on properties of created films is discussed. The dependence of the voltage, necessary for the gas breakdown in the nozzle, on the generator frequency is explained.
